Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation of an Order

All cancellations received more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur an administration fee of $15.

Cancellations received LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.

If your order has already been prepared we regret that we are unable to cancel your order and all fees incurred shall not be refunded. In this regard, please note the following:

 

If your order has NOT been collected by our courier, you are welcome to collect it from the store of origin if you do not want it to be delivered.

If your order has been collected by our courier, we may be unable to prevent it from being received by the recipient.

 

Refund Policy

 

IMPORTANT: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy to see if your order qualifies for a refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation or refund policies, please contact us on 1300 606 000 to discuss with our staff.

 

Online Orders: Refunds for online orders will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase. Telephone Orders: Refunds for orders received by telephone will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase.

Please note that availability of refunded monies depends on your personal financial institution.

In store Purchases: Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased, or if purchase was originally paid in cash the refund amount will be issued cash.

 

Flower Quality

Our mainstay at Flawless Flowers is being able to provide the freshest flowers that are available. We remind our customers to remember the perishable nature of flowers, and how they immediately respond to different environs such as indoor temperature and outdoor weather conditions, even during transit. Both air conditioning and extreme heat can have a detrimental effect on the lifespan of your flowers, as well as drastic changes in climate temperature/air quality.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Flawless Flowers does not accept responsibility if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. For addresses that may be either difficult to reach or require further explanation, please use the space provided when ordering to write detailed instructions. If it occurs that an order is sent to an incorrect address that was provided, an additional delivery fee will apply to redirect the delivery.

Responsibility for receipt of delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery in all instances.

Deliveries to Houses/Units:

If no-one is home, the driver will leave the delivery at/near the door if it is safe to do so. If for any reason it is not safe to leave the delivery, an additional fee WILL apply to re-deliver at an appropriate time.

Deliveries to apartments and security blocks

 

It is especially important to ensure someone is home at apartments and security blocks, as we WILL NOT leave flowers if the recipient is not home, unless otherwise instructed,  as they may not safely be kept or able to be found/given to the recipient.

 

Re-delivery fees

Minimum of $15 each leg and additional based upon geographical location.

 

Contact Information

Please be sure to leave a contact phone number that will be attended to during Australian Eastern Standard service times. Re-Delivery due to contact unavailability will incur additional charges and will not occur automatically unless otherwise specified.  

 

Product substitution

Due to the natural fluctuating daily, weekly and seasonal availability of flowers, as well as unavoidable market changes/fluctuations, certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible product on the day of delivery as we take into consideration the timing of blooming so that both lasting quality and appearance are considered. If for any reasons we are unable to replace with a similar item we will contact you.

 

Complaints

Any complaints must be made within 36 hours of delivery so that Flawless Flowers can attend to the best possible resolution.

All transactions are processed in Australia Dollars (AUD)

 

*Free Delivery only applies to flowers featured on this site to the suburbs listed in the delivery section.  Any other arrangements will incur additional costs. "Add on" products ordered on their own without flowers will also incur additional delivery fees.
